Muting Spammers

i think after about 5 messages in about 3 seconds there obviously spamming, i think this should mute them for 1-2 minutes, cause noobs spam over and over after they lose and when the get squelched they show their names 100 billion times seriously if you do this get a life

What about when you squelch a person/color a message comes up saying

Orange has been Squelched
(You have been squelched, spamming for whatever reason can get you banned, let them play there game, Thank you)

They cant put in Votekick cause then players would Votekick people who deserve the win. Just Mute for a few minutes after 5-7 messages in a row.
