what happened to rng have most of the good players quited? because i hardly face good players in rng anymore and even the good ones arent as good as the ppl in season 1, 2 and 3(like yun, riva and so on) and there are also fewer ppl who play rng and i am asking myself why?
it makes me sad

In the last few days we have had a huge number of games, I think!

There are a few good players floating around, better than riva- or yun., but most of them are too scared to lose their perfect record so hardly play :p

well people didn't use to play RNG 1v1 when they were active... they were good at FFA, extremely good. So we can't really tell the very bests, they're kind of on the same level.


And i'm on a higher step.

Well Spiritos, yun played 1v1 the first season and was beating everyone. I wish Kungen could play yun then. You guys really think the top players of then are better than the top now? It's fun to think so, but it might just be nostalgia imo because I still think theres a lot of good players lurking on alts.

tbh i think so psyco because look at top 10 now and top 10 season 2. Sure there are good players now but imo their aren't as good as the ppl back then
it would be awesome if they would play a game together but sadly it wont happen , then we would know for sure who is better

Well you also gotta consider that this season is less than half way finished. When you talk about pro games I consider them to be different entirely from normal games because diplomacy should make very little difference it just comes down to sheer fighting skill and chance. I think there are players who are very skilled but have less chances in pro games because different skills are needed than normal pub games.

Kungen is without a shadow of a doubt better than them. And we were around when they played, I never thought of them as that good. They ruled FFA playing more games, not by playing better games.

Without false modesty, I would say I am better than those players to, although am never included in the ranks of pro RNG players because, as you said, I hardly play.

People like to remember players being better than they were, for instance Forest]Myk. He's a good player, won season one, but wasn't exceptional (a fact he freely admits). Players who barely even knew him are the ones who run about to this day saying how incredible he was :p

I agree with fallen about us remembering them being better but actually in the last preseason myk was owning hard... Like had a 2.x kd or something ridiculous after 15 games. Easy2Win4You might be better than Kungen is, but I haven't seen Kungen in ffa yet so I can't give an opinion on Kungen being better really.

Psyco you were in R1sk during season one, you know Myk was good, but not great.

Ah, now Easy2Win4You was a good player. I didn't play much RNG with him, but in Devo he was one of the top three players, who were all pretty much equal.
I would say him and Kungen are close enough to being equals.

Well, kungen is for sure one of the best in devo but not in rng he is good there no doubt but mul told me he would rape kungen and tbh i believe him because he is awesome fought him sometimes always lost, and i dont say that im good but i am not bad too. Thats just my opion.
I'll quote Mul's words now "I won't stand a chance neither against Yun nor Riva-" thats why I think they are better than players now...
I dont know Easy2Win4You but i believe u just to mention that^^
Myk is good at beating noobs for sure thats why he had such an insane K/D but i dont know him at all tbh.
