My advice is, that you just ignore him. He is just another whining noob who thinks he is someone.
And about preteaming... It's up to the admin who sees the replay in the first instance, the admin goes trough your gamehistory and also the replay reported. If you and the player got many games together, the admin might check those too and so on... If he finds evidence of preteam he will ban you, and then you can complain to.. NewRelic I think it is? Him or Fallen God, not sure. And then he does the same thing again. And you can eventually whine at forum... But if you didn't preteam you got nothing to fear.
Btw Devi. Psycho intended to make a rule against private talking ingame. So he is against it, but it is technically not illegal. I think he said that at the forum not long ago
