This is with regards to FFA ONLY.

1) Current format example:  "[eur]Unkown"

3) Player's could be grouped by IP, so you would easily be able to spot people who use the same IP. However you would not see anybodies actual IP, just whether it was the same as someone elses.
Example: "IP.1" "IP.2" "IP.1(2)"

The bot still reveals names when a player downloads the map, a player leaves the game and the fastest and slowest loads. In the lobby each player should have a number, or a colour, something to distinguish them, the chat box is quite confusing now.

Also for names to be revealed ingame on defeated players would be nice.

Names would still be hidden in game, it just means you would be able to tell that there is 2 (or more) people with the same IP in the game, and be on your guard.
And 75% of the time the same IP = preteam. We aren't going to ban people for same IP, of course, but we must let other players in the game know and watch out for it.

Firstly, all the names in game will always be Unknown while that player is alive.

Secondly, that is not against the rules. You can also say "Hey blue, let's team red". That is allowed in the rules. The only type of teaming which is not allowed is pre-teaming, where you go into a game together with an agreement that you will work together.

I saw it atleast 10-15 times without this addition, as someone just asked "who is from xxx?" It will make it just easier, but as we can know their colour in the game its not much a problem for me

Love it because lobby chats are really fun and I would prefer it to be hidden. I really do not mind much about the realms shown but there could be a turf war in game and alliances based on realm.

You may say how this would occur, well it is very simple. One way would be the alliances starting in lobby and then in game the players shout out where they are from ( you could lie but the honest players still suffer).
