Over the months I've played risk, I've turned from a guy with noob skills and noob diplomatic skills into a player with good skills, and amazing diplomatic. I've come to realize that you either need to have to amazingly awesome with skills or your manipulation. I just got good at manipulating noobs by learning a few key phrases. So even though my skills in general are still respectable, my manipulation helps me win a lot
