some kind of flying unit - expensive, to stop places wheres theres bottlenecks some places are hard to take because theres no space to move and it would be more tactical

Hehe this will never happen. An air unit would allow players to make a concentrated attack absolutely anywhere on the map and make defending inland territories potentially impossible.

There are plenty of ways to get around bottlenecks.

In classic mode it's easy you just bring SS's next to the bottleneck or cut the continent that has the bottle neck that is troubling you, so you can flank it and attack it from 2 directions if necessary.

In transport mode you can land marine generals right on the bottleneck if that is enough. If it is not enough then you should land multiple transports on the continent and work your way up to the bottleneck eventually overwhelming it from multiple directions... That is if the defender is holding onto the bottleneck for dear life like a moron when you are clearly taking his land ;)

In any case, interesting idea, but really can't ever imagine it seeing the light of day :D

Remove the timer!

-OR-

Extend it and add in some vocal/sound warnings at regular intervals.

When someone is killed make them automatically disconnect from the game after 1 or 2 turns. One of the biggest moral killers is a dead player giving tips to a player and warning him about your attacks.

Language Abuse
Description: While interacting within the RNG community; including the site, forums, game lobby and official channels, you are to conduct yourself without using foul or offensive language; however, in game chat is a part of diplomacy and as such is allowed, but when you are declared dead, you no longer hold any rights to use diplomacy and are required to conduct yourself accordingly.

Report em!....

They are not allowed to interrupt game play when dead in anyway......I think it would be cool for that or if they fade to black but then your just punishing the nice people who like to watch........ whatever just REPORT EM!!!! people do it all the time and when I tell them it is bannable they shut up cuz they know if they didn't they would get banned by a mod

Suggestion separate from replay to barbados

Make players who are idle and do not play on the account for 2 weeks, to lose rank points....If the player is ranked 100 or worse, make it 3-4 weeks.

Report them, lmfao!

So after dealing with a dead noob mouthing off, you have to burden yourself with reporting him on the website...

If people want to watch the game let them go download the replay. Banning people does nothing to solve the initial problem of dead players giving enemies advice during the game. What you're suggesting is: AFTER you've lost a game to a dead player, you're supposed to report him and hopefully get him banned? You've still lost the game so it changes nothing.

first off, when you tell them you are going to report them they usually shut up...(there lil grudge is usually not worth it for them to be banned from the network)
and like pre-teaming yes they ruin the game, you take a loss and there is nothing you can do about it

and you have to "burden"(hhaha ok) yourself with reporting them.....

"if people want to watch the game let them go download the replay"

 yeah umm noooo......

Hopefully

???? if they cross the line they get banned not based on the mod's opinion but on evidence from the game.......Rule breakers make you lose the game whether its pre-teaming- bug abuse or what not but you get them banned......

.
sure if would be nice if they didn't have any way/chance to do what you are complaining about but then you would be punishing the non-guilty parties....
if there ever was a lil rng tourney or something it would be good to have.....and it is a good idea but it has been suggested before I am sure and rejected...Honestly it's a fair suggestion you have

Quote
"you've still lost the game so it changes nothing"

-threatening to report works to shut them up more often then not

-same with all the other rule breakers the only thing that is possible to do without ruining everyone elses time is to get those players banned through a report....

-It changes nothing....like with pre-teamers and etc...Its kinda like crime, we can't prevent is all but we can sure make rules and punishments to prevent peeps from making stupid decisions....and it usually is very effective unless their grudge/insanity is that deep in, then they just get locked up/banned)

I am sorry reporting them is such a far-fetched idea for you I dunno what else to tell you lol

-What if they whispered/private chat the guy and told about the attacks, how would you/we ever know. you would have to watch the replay and what are teh chances you will do that...That is what concerns me...likely won't be reported cuz the player will never know

Of course you are. Maybe it doesnt change your loose but it changes for future games with other players than yourself or maybe even you. It's matter of not being selfish.

Report players, no matter if your loose is going to be removed or not. Do it for the sake of the community. Thanks.
